New Year, New Website!

Happy 2015! I’ve been MIA for the past couple of months, slowly getting my new website up and running. I’ve moved all of my blog posts over to the new site, and from now on you can find my latest posts here, or follow me on Facebook or Twitter. Looking forward to your comments and feedback in this new year!

A Quick Return for…The Liebster Award!

I’ve been busy with my new website design, along with seeing patients, organizing a new support group for women in multicultural relationships, getting ready for the holiday season, and oh yeah…did I mention I’m also doing my PhD? The Intentional Expat is Undergoing Some Changes

However, all of this growth has meant that I’ve quickly outgrown what this WordPress blog has to offer. I’m currently in the process of exploring more professional options that will allow me to continue to share expat interviews, tips on well-being abroad and information on the therapy services I offer both in Madrid and online. In the meantime you won’t be seeing any new posts from me on here, but I hope to have the new site up and running as soon as possible.

While you’re waiting, take a look at some of the most popular blogs I’ve posted so far:

This is also a great time to connect with me via:

See you soon!

Here I am looking into the future at all the exciting things in store for this blog. I hope you aren't as shocked and disappointed by the news as that girl in the background appears to be.

Facing my Fears: The Long Overdue End to my 30/30 Bday Challenge

In honor of turning 30 back on September 1st, I decided to spend 30 days doing one new thing a day. While the challenge ended almost two months ago, I am only now getting around to blogging about the last two days. Turns out being 30 is keeping me quite busy! But since it came to a close with a fairly “blogworthy” Day 30 challenge, I had to share it here. Read on to find out what the last day of my challenge had in store.  Continue reading
